• Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated HR Representative to work at our client's location and manage HR Admin and HR Sales tasks. This individual will act as our representative, ensuring smooth HR operations at the client site while maintaining regular communication with our central team. Major decisions and strategic directives will be taken by Successgaatha Consultancy Private Limited, and the HR Representative will focus on execution and day-to-day HR management.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact at the client’s office for all HR-related matters.
  • Manage HR administrative functions such as employee records, payroll processing coordination, and attendance management.
  • Assist in HR sales tasks, including recruitment support, candidate onboarding, and HR process implementation.
  • Coordinate with the central HR team at Successgaatha Consultancy for decision-making and strategic guidance.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR Administration or Generalist roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
